We decided to ride the new Front Runner train to Salt Lake so that we could go shopping at the Gateway plaza downtown. We decided to get some food in the food court there and just as we were finished and getting up from our table... Mia pushed out her chair and it fell backwards. She leaned forward and cut her chin on the front of the chair seat. She screamed (of course). I thought that she was just scared when Emma informed me that she was bleeding. In 30 seconds she managed to bleed all over her shirt, mine and Miland's. Do you think that the bathrooms would have paper towels? Nope. I didn't have a bandaid either. So... after searching the mall, a kind employee at Bath and Body Works had a first aid kit and grabbed us a bandaid. She bled through it in a matter of minutes and we still had to ride the train home (a 45 minute trip). Luckily we were able to get right into the Dr. and he glued her little chin shut. Thank goodness for super glue - it kept us from having to traumatize our child any further that day! Now Mia has her first scar... I'm sure it will not be her last.

Oh YAY!!! I am so excited that you started a blog....I think that they are great, especially for me since I am the worse at keeping in contact with everyone and really this is the easiest and fastest way for me....call it lazy but I think it is genius!!!
Your girls are SO very cute and getting so big! It is amazing how fast they grow up!! I can't believe that Emma is in school already....her school starts early. Mia doesn't even look the same that bright blond hair...very pretty. Sorry to hear that she had to get super clued. I wish that I could see you guys it has been too long....
Glad that you got to see the blog...It is still a work in progress. Your's is awesome, you always have the best things to talk about. I'd love to come to Atlanta. Have some vouchers that Miland got when he got bumped... maybe we can make a trip out? Have to see how things go.
